Mr. Edward Tay, CPA

Mr. Edward Tay, CPA, specializes in corporate finance, capital financing, and Mergers & Acquisitions, with particular emphasis in strategic business planning for government contractors. For over 28 years, Mr. Tay has worked closely with business owners who, with his assistance, have achieved annual revenue of more than $100 million by successfully winning government contracts and through merger and acquisition activities. His specialized expertise in cost proposal, cost accounting and business valuations has been integral to the success of many companies. Mr. Tay has also consulted with rising companies regarding available options to fund their ongoing growth. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
